Tom Mower Jr shares Sisel’s Improved Brain Vitality.
“Hi, I’m Tom Mower Jr., the Chief Scientist at Sisel International. Today, I wanted to take a moment and talk about some new additions to our incredible formula: Brain Vitality.
Brain Vitality was designed to nutritionally support various cognitive functions in the brain. However, as we know, science never rests, and new developments occur. The number one mission here at Sisel is to create the most advanced products. As I’ve gone through additional research, it’s time to take our Brain Vitality formulation to the next level.
In the new Brain Vitality, I’ve added an ingredient we’ve used in the past—DMAE. This is naturally produced within our body, and natural sources include fatty fish oils found in salmon, sardines, and anchovies. Concentrated studies show great benefits in areas such as ADHD, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and depression. DMAE also supports an increase in acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter crucial for nerve cell signals and the regulation of various brain functions, including REM sleep.
During REM sleep, our bodies undergo crucial repair, and DMAE is a building block that contributes to this process. It also aids in muscle contractions and pain responses. Ongoing research suggests that DMAE may help prevent the buildup of beta-amyloid, a plaque linked to dementia and Alzheimer’s—two age-related diseases of significant concern in the nutritional supplements market.
Another addition to the new Brain Vitality formulation is methyl tetrahydrofolate, a natural form of folate essential in neurotransmitter synthesis. This molecule is vital as we seek to increase neurotransmitters for improved signal transmission and communication within the brain.
We’ve also included magnesium threonate, the most bioavailable form of magnesium to the brain. Given that 50 to 80% of people in America are deficient in magnesium, this addition is crucial. Optimal magnesium levels can calm and quiet the brain, leading to better sleep and focus. Increased magnesium has also been associated with higher synaptic density and increased brain plasticity, both essential factors in maintaining cognitive flexibility as we age.
Brain Vitality is an incredible nutritional support for those seeking the latest advancements in science-backed nutritional support. When coupled with stress reduction, improved sleep, proper nutrition, weight management, socialisation, and cognitive activities, Brain Vitality can contribute to a healthier brain and a more fulfilling life—the essence of what Sisel is all about.”
