I love Sisel Lean. I have used this product before my fitness competition for to assist with fat loss. The reason it worked well for me is because it helped me to keep my calories low, and maintain good protein levels. It also tastes yummy so it is a bit like a dessert. It has a little bit of fiber which is important so you don’t get blocked up. Made from organic cows milk with two types of protein, whey and casein. It has been cold filtered to maintain the peptides in the protein. It is lactose free too. All round great product.
