Thermogenic Support Coffee – Sisel Kaffe

What are Thermogenics?

To get a better understanding of thermogenics, below are two references from Wikipedia.org

Thermogenics
“This article is about stimulants which produce heat. For the process by which heat is created in an organism, see Thermogenesis.

Thermogenic means tending to produce heat, and the term is commonly applied to drugs which increase heat through metabolic stimulation,[1] or to microorganisms which create heat within organic waste.”

What implications does Thermogenesis have? Wikipedia talks about the potential use in fighting obesity….  “As a significant component of the metabolic rate, thermogenesis can potentially be stimulated to increase energy expenditure and fat oxidation. Thermogenics are commonly made up of ephedra, bitter orange, capsicum, ginger, guar gum, and pyruvate.[citation needed] Caffeine and EGCG, both found in green tea, may increase thermogenesis regulated by catecholamines such as norepinephrine.[5]

Researchers are also investigating the possibility of increasing the amount of brown adipose tissue in the body, a site of thermogenesis.[citation needed] Leptin infusions, being studied due to the leptin resistance seen in obesity, may boost metabolism by stimulating thermogenesis and also reduce hunger and appetite.[citation needed]”

Sisel’s Unique Beans

Sisel’s goal is to make the best tasting coffee possible by roasting only the best beans available and then utilizing state of the art roasting methods.

Sisel applies years of experience to make coffee not only the tastiest, but also the healthiest and best for coffee drinkers.

In order to brew a world-class cup of coffee, you’ve got to start with a world-class coffee bean…and Sisel has done this.

Sisel has shopped from the back jungles of Brazil to the hills of Hawaii and discovered that the Panamanian Gesha bean was the perfect bean for taste, aroma and color. This coffee bean is grown in volcanic rich soils and at a higher elevation than most beans, giving it a unique flavor all its own.

Sisel’s Unique Coffee Processing

Why have the best beans if you don’t have the best processing? Sisel takes pride in their manufacturing process. Sisel roasts beans using special infrared technology. This allows precise control of the roasting temperature as well as how fast the beans are heated and cooled. Only 2% of the coffee beans around the world are prepared in the same way. It results in lower acidity levels, an evenly roasted bean, and the elimination of burnt or bitter tasting coffee.
